Purpose To mark the 10th anniversary of the Phoenix pay system by visibly engaging members, raising awareness, and demonstrating collective action through coordinated, low-barrier activities across all locals.

Phoenix is not fixed. Ten years later, members continue to face financial loss, stress, and career disruption, and this Day of Action is about visibility, solidarity, and applying pressure for accountability and compensation (more damages).
